Recently graduated from school and looking to enter an exciting professional world? At TOPTICA, you can expect in-depth training, modern technologies, and a team that supports, encourages, and takes you seriously. From the very beginning, you will be part of our community and learn step by step how high-tech products that are used worldwide are created. The following apprenticeships are available with us after successful completion of school:

Physics laboratory technicians

As a physics lab technician at TOPTICA, you will learn how to independently assemble and commission our innovative laser systems for customers in research and industry in our production facility.

IT specialists for system integration

IT specialists specializing in system integration ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. They install, operate, and manage our systems, such as Confluence and Navision, and assist our colleagues in setting up and using their IT workstations.

Electronics technicians for devices and systems

Electronics technicians for devices and systems equip our components with electronic components. They solder SMD components onto circuit boards or make changes to circuit boards, such as replacing capacitors, resistors, or integrated circuits (ICs). This also includes the clean creation of secure cable connections. As an electronics technician, you ensure that light can flow smoothly at all frequencies in our company.

Industrial business administrators

During your training, you will work in various departments, such as marketing, sales, human resources, or accounting. You will have many exciting and varied tasks. With us, you will learn how the administration of a company works.

School internship

Are you asking yourself: Which apprenticeship is right for me, and will I enjoy what I learn? At TOPTICA, you have the opportunity to do a one-week voluntary or compulsory internship throughout the year in the areas in which we also offer training.

For your application, we require the following documents from you:

Your cover letter stating your main area of interest for your preferred field
Your resume in table form
The internship period (school certificate)
Your most recent school report card
