TOPTICA Projects is a start-up company within the TOPTICA Group. We expect our employees to actively contribute their ideas and be creative. We have a friendly working atmosphere and maintain an “open door” policy with short decision-making processes. TOPTICA Projects focuses on customized laser solutions, innovation, and technology. This includes all activities related to the award-winning sodium guide star lasers, which are used worldwide by several major astronomical institutions and were recently selected for ESO's next-generation Extremely Large Telescope (ELT). TOPTICA Projects is based in Martinsried (Munich) near the headquarters of TOPTICA Photonics. The current 24 employees are responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, and support of our high-tech laser systems. This also includes installations at our customers' sites in Chile, Hawaii, and the Canary Islands.
